Well I have a great home made recipe for how to make an ice pack.

Homemade Ice packs:

• 1 Heavy duty freezer bag marked  with permanent marker “Ice Pack Only”
• Fill 33% Alcohol (1/3rd)
• 66% Water (2/3rds)
